Feasibility Study

Our professional engineering team will conduct a free no-obligation feasibility study for your building. The feasibility study will allow us to prequalify your project for consideration of the Section179D federal tax deduction.

Engagement

If, after the CES engineering team has completed your free no-obligation feasibility study there appears to be an opportunity for your project to qualify for a Section 179D deduction, CES will ask you to engage in a Section 179D study contract. CES follows a streamlined process that offers full transparency to our client, and any of their advisers, from start to finish of our project with you.

Section 179D Energy Study and Certification

At this point, we start the energy tax study and modeling, along with the IRS-mandated site visit to the property.

During the study, we provide our clients with the ability to track our progress at any time via a project specific web portal. CES encourages our clients to be as involved as they wish throughout the study process. CES is confident in our ability to get the job completed on time, correctly and completely, creating the maximum return on investment.

Final Report Delivery

At CES, we carefully follow IRS guidelines in producing the final reports for Section 179D tax deductions to assure both you and your tax counsel of accuracy. Delivery of the final report and certification can be electronically transmitted and/or mailed to you, the client.
